Processing time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping rates: Free standard shipping on all orders over $60. For orders under $60, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery estimates: Standard delivery typically arrives within 7-11 days of your order date. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page.

 

Order tracking: Once shipped, you can track your order at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

 

Exchanges: If the fit is not right, exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
